NOMINATED FOR GRAND PRIX ELLE
The French translation of Havets kirkegård, “Le cimetìere de la mer” by Aslak Nore has been met with superlatives from critics, booksellers and readers. Today, the book was selected a finalist for the Grand Prix des lectrices ELLE, where a jury of French readers appointed by the female magazine ELLE is awarding one of France’ most important literary prizes in the crime genre. Previous winners include Harlan Coben, Dennis Lehane and Gillian Flynn. “Magisterial” from a “complete author that knows to use the whole range of sensations and feelings”, says the jury. The book has also been met with acclaim in the Netherlands, where a new printing and entry on the bestseller list, just weeks after publication. We are still in the beginning of what increasingly seems destined to become a very special journey!
