Susanne Juul, publisher of Gaïa Editions in France, has just bought Deep Fjord by Ruth Lillegraven as the coming lead title for their crime series. Susanne finds blurbing a bit unnecessary, and says that they buy the book because they are convinced about the super strong qualities and are proud of presenting the book at their list.
The Heirs of the Arctic was published in France by Le bruit du monde last week (Les héritiers de l’Arctique, tr. Loup-Maëlle Besançon), and the first reviews are outstanding.
