The acute narrative touches on our basic human condition, both existentially and ethically. The Art of Swimming (Dette er også vatn) will be launched 15th of October in Norway – can’t wait to see this strong novel out in the world.

Eva Fretheim’s books have now been sold to FOUR countries! The latest publishers to acquire this crime series are Bokförlaget Forum in Sweden and A.W. Bruna Uitgevers in the Netherlands, following earlier deals with Gyldendal (Denmark) and Rowohlt (Germany).
