Great Art

December 2 2021

Art and Death. A User’s Manual by Kjetil Røed is receiving wonderful praise – his writing is great art – says Marianne Solberg in the monthly magazine Ny Tid, and continues:

Røeds project demonstrates why literary non-fiction as a genre is highly interesting, how he investigates sensibilities in this form, rather than writing fiction. Røed is one of the best non-fiction writers in Norway, and the way he handles the format of literary non-fiction has become great art, great poetry. This book is a beautiful event in the field of Norwegian literary non-fiction.
